MasterCraft is a mobile app that bridges the gap between social media engagement and vocational skill acquisition. Built to empower individuals facing unemployment, it blends the addictive nature of social platforms with structured skill-learning modules — helping users stay engaged, motivated, and job-ready.

Many individuals, especially in underserved communities, spend hours on social media but lack access, motivation, or structure to develop vocational skills. Traditional platforms like Udemy or Coursera often feel rigid or unrelatable, leading to dropout and disengagement. The challenge was to create a learning platform that feels as familiar and addictive as social media, yet drives real personal growth.

UX Research & Problem Mapping: Identified key user behaviors from social media usage patterns and mapped them against motivational gaps in existing e-learning platforms.

End-to-End Mobile UI Design: Designed 32 intuitive, mobile-first screens using Figma, covering onboarding, learning modules, social learning feed, gamification progress, and personal dashboards.

Engagement-First UX Strategy: Integrated social-like features (feeds, streaks, reactions) into the learning environment to drive consistency, curiosity, and retention. Focused on reducing friction for new users.
